The Fine Print

We are a big fan of transparency

We want to provide you with exceptional customer service so that you can focus on having fun.  In order to do that we feel it is important to be transparent.  Below is all the fine print that comes with our party rentals. 

Rental Policy

Renter agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless owner, its agents, employees and person or entity privity herewith, from all claims, los or damage, renter may sustain as a result of damage to any leased property by any case.  Renter acknowledges that persons may sustain injures using the leased property, and renter assumes all risk and liability’s for the loss of, or damage to the leased property, for the injury to any person or property of another and for all other risk and liabilities arising from the use, operation, condition (delivery and return). 

 

Freestyle Party Rentals is not responsible for any injuries.  Renter also agrees to reimburse the owner in full for any damages arising from the misuse or negligent act by the renter, its employees, agents, guests, invitees or trespassers. 

 

Freestyle Party Rentals is not responsible for weather conditions.  During periods of sever weather conditions (ie. Rain, high winds, lightening etc) we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.  If conditions are not too severe we will give the option of renting it or not.  If you decide to rent the unit for the term of the agreement there will be no discount or refund one the unit is set up. 

 

Overnight Rentals:  Renter understands and acknowledges that the blower is to be removed from the inflatable device and locked up in a security location overnight. 

Payment Policy

Invoice Policies: 

If you would like an invoice please let us know.  We can provide you with a rental receipt upon delivery.

Forms of Payment Accepted: 

We accept cash or CashApp.  If you would like to pay with a card please note that a card service fee and all appropriate taxes will be applied to your invoice.

Payment: 

Payment is due upon delivery of rental. 

Safety Policy

We want everyone to have a safe time while having fun but before the party gets started, we would like to share the safety rules that accompany our rentals.  Understanding and complying with our safety policies will ensure that you are able to focus on the important stuff... having fun.  Please read each of the safety items below.  If you're interested you can download a copy here.

Other Legal Policies

  • How do I book a party rental?
    You can book a party rental by calling or texting us @ 210-860-4515!
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods including cash and CashApp or for organizations we accept checks. We do not require deposits and understand plans can change. Payment is required at the time of delivery.
  • What safety measures are in place for the inflatables?
    All our inflatables are regularly inspected and sanitized. We also provide safety guidelines and instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • What happens if it rains on the day of my event?
    In the event of rain, you can reschedule your rental to another available date without any additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand things come up and plans change. If you need to cancel please call us as soon as possible. We are happy to work with you to reschedule.
